Once you've installed the email2 Toolbar, you still need to belong to a Private Email Network (PEN) before you can send email2 Messages. You must join the Private Email Network using the e-mail address that you plan to use in Outlook. For example, if the email2 Toolbar is being installed for derek@sys-national.com, then derek@sys-national.com must be the one joining the Private Email Network.

Once you belong to a Private Email Network, you activate the email2 Toolbar for Outlook following the instructions available in the email2 Web Client.
